Vision measuring machines form three main application levels based on differences in precision and speed:
Laboratory Precision Testing: Used for sample verification in the R&D stage, requiring the highest precision (±0.0005mm), with measurement speed being relatively secondary. Commonly used in fields such as aerospace and optical components.
Production Line Process Control: Used for quality monitoring in mass production, requiring a balance of precision and speed. Equipped with automated loading and unloading devices to achieve 100% inspection. Commonly used in fields such as 3C electronics and auto parts.
Large-Size Workpiece Measurement: Aimed at large molds, sheet metal parts, etc., using a gantry structure with a measurement range of up to 2000mm×1000mm and a precision of ±0.002mm. Commonly used in mold manufacturing, construction machinery, and other fields.
