MeasureFit® Plus is a powerful contour comparison software capable of performing automatic analysis and optimal fitting based on numerous comparison principles, with or without reference points and geometric tolerances. It works in conjunction with Measure-X®, MeasureMind® 3D MultiSensor, Scan-X, and SmartCheck measurement software to analyze complex 2D contours and geometric tolerances.

        Data points measured by single or multiple sensors (such as imaging, laser, and probe systems) are automatically sent to the MeasureFit software during operation, enabling automatic comparison and output of results without human intervention. The software simultaneously analyzes all part features and compares them against the theoretical design template. An optimal fit is generated between the template and the measurement results, and color-coded, exaggerated point deviation diagrams allow the user to visualize the data comparison, making problem trends and potential issues immediately apparent.

        Through object links and Measure-X integration, MeasureFit Plus can be accessed with a single click. It also allows for the storage and playback of actions as part of the measurement software’s verification process.

        MeasureFit Plus can be used standalone or offline and supports importing and exporting DXF files. DXF files can be converted into MeasureFit Plus project files, which include reference points, geometric tolerances, and material boundary conditions. Point clouds can be imported and compared against MeasureFit Plus project files, and results can be saved as documents or images containing all geometric dimensions and tolerances.
