Optical System Module
Light Source System: Divided into coaxial light (for measuring reflective surfaces), ring light (for contour enhancement), and surface light (for large-area uniform illumination). Some high-end models are equipped with adaptive intelligent light sources that can automatically adjust light intensity and angle according to the material of the measured object.
Lens System: Telecentric lenses (object-space telecentric/image-space telecentric) are the core, with magnification covering 0.7X-4.5X continuous zoom, working distance ranging from 50mm to 300mm, and distortion rate controlled within 0.05%.
Sensor: Mainstream uses 12-24 megapixel CMOS sensors, with pixel sizes ranging from 3.45μm to 5.5μm. Some high-speed models use global shutter sensors with a frame rate of up to 60fps.
Mechanical Motion System
Body Structure: Adopts 00-grade natural granite with a linear expansion coefficient ≤0.5×10^-6/℃, effectively offsetting the impact of temperature changes on precision.
Transmission System: A combination of high-precision ball screws and linear guide rails, with positioning accuracy up to ±0.001mm and repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.0005mm.
Drive System: Closed-loop servo motor with grating scale feedback, with a resolution of up to 0.1μm.
